    Care: Handle your clusters carefully. Their crystal points can be very sharp and can cut the skin. The points are also susceptible to breaking. Although we pack the clusters carefully, a minimal amount of breakage is to be expected during shipping.  Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight due to fading of crystal. Amethyst can also be damaged by hydrofluoric acid, ammonium fluoride, and alkaline solutions.

    Cleaning: Amethyst can be safely cleaned with warm soapy water. Steam cleaning is not recommended, and amethyst should not be subjected to heat.
